About T

My name is Trillian but I love to be called T.

I’m a Taurus Sun, Aquarius Rising.

It’s drawn me to help support others to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Combining elements of different modalities where appropriate. I live on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers raising two small humans and trying not to lose myself in the laundry pile.

My days are a mix of small hands, sacred rituals, and the quiet work of helping others soften the stories they carry in their bodies.

I’m quite crafty, and love creating things with my kids. It’s where our quirky ideas come to life, usually in the form of lopsided creatures and excessive glitter. It’s where we learn to trust our ideas and figuring things out together.

Reading around my love of plants and beginning to grow some of our own food, I feel more connected to myself now as a Green Witch. No cauldrons but small practices such as moon bathing my water and crystals, cleansing spaces, drying and infusing flowers and herbs to create products bring me a lot of happiness. It might explain my love of the movie Practical Magic growing up.

My Green Witch vibes include tapping into the magic of nature and grounding myself daily. Taking time for myself with earthy (cocoa) ceremonies and finding meaning in everyday moments. My mornings start with intention (and coffee). I meditate when the kids let me. I cry under full moons. I take nervous system care seriously, because mine tends to soak up the world like a sponge.

My approach to my work and healing is slow and sensory. My practice includes remedial, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, postpartum and oncology massage. I found this path through my own body as it spoke up early, with physical pain I couldn’t ignore. I grew up in a home where emotions ran deep but often unspoken. Outside of home I stayed quiet and made myself small. But my emotional suppression began showing up as chronic, debilitating back pain and migraines.

The body remembers what the mind tries to bury.

Understanding the signals my body was sending eventually led me to discover I have ADD. A real turning point in how I relate to myself and the world. It helped me make sense of the overwhelm, the sensitivity, the way my mind moves in spirals rather than straight lines.

Now, I move through life with more curiosity, creativity, and compassion, especially for myself. I trust what unfolds when we slow down and really listen.

For years, I worked together with people who put their bodies under constant pressure and pushed beyond their limits. Slowly, my focus began to shift. These days, I’m drawn to care that’s sustainable. The kind that supports the nervous system, honours the long game, and makes space for real, lasting regulation. Sadly there are no overnight fixes.

Now, my work is rooted in community. I hold space for mothers, carers, creatives, and those in quiet recovery. People with layered stories, sensitive systems, and a longing to feel at home in their bodies again. Healing is relational and we don’t do it alone. I want people to feel safe, seen, and cared for not just during the hour on the table, but in the way we connect. It’s not only about releasing tension, creating space for the body to feel safe enough to let go.
