Each session begins with a moment of connection, an invitation to share what you’re carrying—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

From there, I work intuitively, listening to the quiet language of your body. Sometimes this means an emotional or physical unburdening; other times it’s about sinking into deep rest. I will support you with heart and presence during our session. Warm steam towels, filtered water, and herbal tea to help you return slowly to the world.

We also offer Mobile Massage on Wednesdays.

I come to you, provide the table, oils, linens and music so that you can simply rest and receive the care you deserve in the comfort of your home.
